Our Philosophy

Keep what you love. Fix what you don’t.

The best remodels do not erase a home — they honor what is timeless about it and rebuild what no longer works. A kitchen laid out for how your family actually cooks. A primary bath that starts the day calm. A basement that finally earns its square footage.

Every renovation below is run by dedicated crews for each trade, coordinated by one point of contact, and priced in writing before work begins.

Kitchens

The room everything revolves around

Full kitchen remodels built around layout first, finishes second — because a beautiful kitchen that cooks badly is just expensive furniture.

  • Custom and semi-custom cabinetry
  • Stone counters and waterfall islands
  • Tile backsplashes and flooring
  • Layout changes, lighting, and trim finish-out

Bathrooms

Primary baths & guest baths

From a single hall bath to a full primary suite — tile showers built correctly behind the tile, stone and glass where they belong, and finishes that hold up to daily water.

  • Walk-in tile showers and tub surrounds
  • Freestanding tubs and glass enclosures
  • Vanities, stone tops, and fixtures
  • Heated-detail finish work and trim

Whole-Home Remodels

One vision, every room

When the whole house needs to change, one contractor should carry the whole vision. We sequence every trade under one schedule, so rooms finish in order and the house comes back together as one home.

  • Multi-room and full-floor remodels
  • Open-concept conversions
  • Flooring, drywall, and paint throughout
  • Trim packages that tie rooms together

Basements

Basement remodels & conversions

The fastest square footage in the house is already under it. We finish basements as living space, guest suites, and — for owners and investors — full conversions into additional units.

  • Finished living and media spaces
  • Guest suites and in-law quarters
  • Basement apartment conversions
  • Baths, kitchenettes, and egress planning

Additions

More house, same address

Primary suites, family rooms, sunrooms, and covered outdoor living — framed, wrapped, sided, and finished by our own crews so the new space reads as part of the original home.

  • Room and primary-suite additions
  • Covered porches and outdoor living
  • Garage and bonus-space build-outs
  • Exterior match: siding, roofing tie-ins, trim

Interior Trim & Millwork

The finish work people touch

Trim is where craftsmanship shows. Staircases, railings, crown, casing, mantels, and built-ins — installed by the crew that does it every day, not whoever was free.

  • Staircases, railings, and balusters
  • Crown molding, casing, and baseboards
  • Fireplace mantels and surrounds
  • Built-ins, drop zones, and feature walls

Finishes Refresh

No walls moved. Everything renewed.

Not every home needs a remodel. A finishes refresh replaces the surfaces that date a house — floors, paint, tile, and trim — without touching the layout. Faster, cleaner, and a different house when we leave.

  • Hardwood and LVP flooring throughout
  • Full interior paint
  • Bath and kitchen tile renewal
  • Trim, doors, and hardware updates

Questions

Renovation answers

How do we start?

With a consultation at your home. We look at the space, talk through what you want it to become, and follow up with a written scope and pricing — no obligation and no pressure.

Can we live in the house during the remodel?

Often, yes — it depends on the scope. Kitchen and whole-home work may mean short stretches without a room; we plan the sequence with you up front so there are no surprises.

Do you handle permits?

We flag what your project needs up front, coordinate the permitting that applies, and build to code — so approvals are part of the plan, not an afterthought.

How is pricing structured?

In writing, before work begins. Your scope names what is included; selections and any changes are priced openly as they arise, not discovered at the end.

What warranty covers the work?

A one-year workmanship warranty on every renovation, with a final walkthrough together before the project closes.

One room or the whole house — tell us what you are imagining and we will price it honestly.
