Ark Legacy builds full custom homes across the Upstate — ground-up builds, homes on your own lot, and complete home renovations, all carried by dedicated crews for every trade under one contract.
You bring the land, the plans, or just the idea. We bring eight years of residential construction experience and one accountable point of contact from first walk to final walkthrough.

Whether you're starting from bare land, a set of plans, or a house that needs to become a home again — the path starts with one conversation.

Your home, built your way — not a catalog floor plan with a few finishes swapped. Bring plans you already have, or a plan you've picked out, and we build it start to finish: every trade under one contract, priced line by line before we break ground, with your selections priced individually so you always know what each choice costs.

Already own land — or found the lot you love? We walk the lot with you, talk through placement, access, and what the land means for the build, then carry the full construction on your property. You deal with one builder and one contract while dedicated crews for each trade move your home from framing to finish.

Sometimes the right move isn't a new address — it's a new version of the home you have. We handle complete renovations under one contract and one point of contact: kitchens and bathrooms, whole-home remodels, and basement conversions and additions, delivered finished, cleaned, and ready to live in.

A proven process, explained up front — the same five steps whether it's a custom build, a lot build, or a full renovation.
Call, text, or send the form. Tell us about your land, your plans, or the home you want to renovate — photos and plans help, but a conversation is enough to start.
We walk your lot or your home with you, talk placement, access, and scope, and flag the things that affect price and schedule before you're committed.
You get a line-item written scope: what's included, what's not, and what each customization costs — priced individually, not buried in allowances.
Dedicated crews for each trade move your project from framing to finish, coordinated by one point of contact, with progress documented as we go.
We punch it out together at the final walkthrough and hand over the keys — backed by our one-year workmanship warranty.

No — call at any stage. If you're still lot-shopping, a builder's eye early can help you spot access, placement, or grading issues before you buy. If you already own the land, we'll walk it with you and talk through the build.
Yes. Bring plans from your architect or designer, or a plan you've selected, and we'll price it line by line and build it start to finish. If you're earlier in the process, start with a conversation and we'll help you figure out the next step.
Transparently. You get a written, line-item scope before we start, and customizations are priced individually so you can see exactly what each choice adds. Any change during the build is priced and agreed in writing before it's built — no surprises at the end.
It depends on the size of the home, the design, your selections, and permitting. Your written scope includes the schedule for your specific home, and we keep you updated as each trade completes.
Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, and basement conversions and additions — demolition through final punch under one contract. On full-scope projects we also coordinate plumbing and electrical, so you still deal with one point of contact.
Yes — our workmanship carries a one-year warranty. If something we installed isn't right, we come back and make it right.
We're based in Greenville, SC and build across the Upstate — Simpsonville, Mauldin, Greer, Taylors, Fountain Inn, Spartanburg, Easley, Anderson, and surrounding areas.
One call or text gets it started — a lot address, a set of plans, or just an idea are all fine.
